When he said the price I told him after blowing up my other truck and buying this one I didn’t have that amount. He asked me what I could afford and did the job for it. Which truly helped me more than I could express. He was very kind, professional, and courteous

Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!
